Whether you are organising an open evening for clients, a training event for your new device, an agenda or even a conference itself, all of these can be time consuming and challenging to do. Often companies have a limited time to deal with all aspects effectively, and we at DSL Consulting Ltd are here to help you. After involvement in a range of events in the aesthetic industry we have gained the knowledge and experience to deliver the event, tailored to your needs.
How can we help you?
Initially, we work together with you to ascertain your aims, budget and needs. These could include new leads, increasing product exposure, sales and so on.
We will build a comprehensive plan of how we can reach your desired clientele for the event. This will involve press coverage, advertising and an event agenda.
Finding the right venue for you.
Following the initial meeting, and subsequent plan, we will provide you with five venues which we believe will suit your specific event. We will arrange site visits for your company, accompanying you and providing you with independent advice of the pros and cons for each venue for your particular event.
What happens after you find the venue?
We will implement the marketing plan we have prepared this leading to an attendance figure that your company is happy with.
What do we do on the day?
On the day we will be hands on to make sure that the event runs smoothly and on time. We will operate the registration/entrance desk so you can enjoy the event. We will also make sure that the venue delivers everything as promised.
We are here to help and we will do everything to make sure that your event is a success.
Here’s what our previous customers have to say…
Simon Ravichandrin from the Association of Scottish Aesthetic Practitioners
Having known Danny for a few years since his involvement in the early days in Smart Ideas I was delighted to have him on board with me for the choreography of the ASAP2014 Conference in Glasgow. Danny’s approach to the event was professional and he frequently went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of execution. He was pivotal in making the event the success that it was and I look forward to working with him on ASAP2015.
